One Hero Veteran Program

At Realty One Group East in Morehead City, we love our Veterans and Active Duty Military personnel!  Freedom is not free and no one understands that phase better than our military! We have a new program that we developed to give back to our military.  It's a simple straightforward program called "ONE Hero".  If you are retired military or active duty you are eligible.  The program is open for all branches including the Marines, Air Force, Navy, Army, and Coast Guard. If you list your home with us, upon closing we give you back 25% of the commission.  For example, if your home sells for $300,000, that means you will save $2,250 in commission!  On the flip side, if you purchase a new home, upon closing we will give you 25% of the commission.  Typically we will apply this to your closing costs.
